The Nursing Bracelet™ wearable nursing log is the invention of New York-based mom Susan Lazor. The idea came to her when she was struggling to keep track of her baby son Ethan's breastfeeding schedule in the early weeks and months of motherhood. "I was so tired that I could never remember when I'd last fed him, and even when he cried, I didn't know if it was due to hunger or something else," she says. "I could also never tell which side to begin with, even though a lot of my friends just knew by feel."
Susan tried keeping an online log of Ethan's nursing schedule, and also carrying a notebook, but it was too cumbersome. "I would always forget where I last put it!" She wanted something simple and portable that was easy to use, which is how the idea of a wearable log - The Nursing Bracelet™ - came into being.
"I also wanted it to be pretty and fun to wear. So many nursing products are utilitarian and unglamorous. Why shouldn't new moms feel attractive? We deserve a boost!" she says.
The Nursing Bracelet ™ is easy to use.
